Before you begin... Know that Forty Days Wild is designed to practice the spiritual disciplines with a partner, mentor, or small group. Partners or groups are recommended to hold us accountable and it is well-known that we learn better when we learn together. Participants read and practice the daily exercises individually and debrief with each other at least once a week in a group meeting. The following is a list of exercises we will practice for the next forty days.
