The Ranch
The Physical Shipyard
A donated ranch in the hills south of Spokane, becoming a retreat center where people are built up, reoriented, and sent.
The Story
A Family Saw What This Land Could Become
It began with a conversation, and a conviction. A family in the Spokane area, watching Leadout's work with young people for years, approached Dr. Troy Fitzgerald with an extraordinary offer: a ranch property in the rolling hills south of the city, donated outright.
They didn't just see land. They saw a shipyard: a place where broken vessels could be rebuilt, where bearings could be set, and where people could be launched into new chapters of faith, marriage, and calling.
The land is secured. The vision is clear. What we need now is the community to build it.
